SAMSUMG GALAXY J7 HARDRESET

  1. At first switch off the cell phone by holding down the Power key for a short while.
 
 

2.  Now press and hold together: Volume Up + Home + Power button for a couple of seconds.

3. You should relese held keys when the Samsung Logo appears on the screen.

4. Then select from Recovery Mode menu "wipe data / factory reset" using Volume buttons to navigate and Home button to confirm.
